Terms & privacy
The terms covering this website, and a plain account of what happens to anything you send us through it. Wynfall Studios, LLC, Georgia, USA. Last updated 24 July 2026.
Terms of service
These terms cover your use of wynfall.dev, the website of Wynfall Studios, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, USA. Using this site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
wynfall.dev is an informational site about the company and its projects. It does not sell anything, host accounts, or process payments. Content here may change or be removed at any time without notice, and nothing on it is an offer, a commitment, or professional advice of any kind.
Our products have their own terms
Wynfall products and services, including the Arcbound network and TrueTail, are governed by their own terms and their own privacy notices, published on those services. Where a product has its own terms, those terms control your use of that product, not this page.
Applications and submissions
If you send us an application, a proposal, or a message through this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential material, and do not send ideas you expect us to keep secret or pay for. We may already be working on something similar, and unsolicited material creates no obligation on our part. A submission is not an offer of work, and receiving one does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, and do not scrape or reuse its content in a way that misrepresents its source.
Intellectual property
The Wynfall name, the Wynfall mark, this site's design, and its content belong to Wynfall Studios, LLC unless stated otherwise. Our product names and marks, including Arcbound and TrueTail, belong to the company as well. Other names and marks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Wynfall Studios, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wynfall Studios, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Privacy
The short version: this site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party embeds. The only personal information we hold from it is what you deliberately send us, and we use it only to answer you.
What you send us
The application forms on the careers and work-with-us pages collect what you type into them: your name, email address, any Discord handle, portfolio or website links, the role or commission you are writing about, your rate if you give one, and your message. Email you send to us directly contains whatever you choose to put in it.
What the server records
Like any website, ours keeps ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These come from our own web server and from Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site to serve it and to block abuse. Cloudflare may set its own essential security cookies. We set none of our own, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to our own staff dashboard, running on servers we control, and are read by the small number of people at Wynfall who handle applications and enquiries. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company except where the law requires it.
Why we hold it
To read and reply to your message, to evaluate an application, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to about work. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Applications and enquiries are kept while we are considering them and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a role or commission reopens. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Technical logs rotate and are discarded on a short cycle.
Your choices
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or Georgia state privacy law, and we will honour any that apply to you.
Children
This site is aimed at adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
