Terms & privacy

These terms cover your use of wynfall.dev and, when they are public, Wynfall AI products operated by Wynfall Studios, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, USA. Using this site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Who we are

Wynfall Studios, LLC is an AI company. We design, train, and operate the Wynfall AI model family, including Ken and Sigel. Other models, such as Nova, are in research and are not offered. Wynfall is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. Membership does not mean NVIDIA endorses, sponsors, or is responsible for Wynfall or its products.

What this site is

wynfall.dev is the public site for Wynfall AI. It describes thecompany, the models, and pricing, and links to the apps. This website does not take payments or hold accounts; sign-in is at chat.wynfall.dev. The homepage workspace demonstrations are illustrative. The Design gallery shows selected images generated with Wynfall Image v1, including character artwork; it does not demonstrate downloadable 3D assets or live inference. Public image generation and 3D creation are coming later; Nova remains a research project. Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to provide service by a date, or professional advice.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Early access trial: accounts are let in from early access by hand, in waves, and an account that is let in gets 7 days of Builder, free and with no card. The 7 days start when the account is let in, not when you sign up. Signing up does not guarantee access. The trial ends automatically after 7 days and the account moves to the Free plan. You are not charged for it, and nothing renews unless you choose a paid plan later. The trial is one per person: if we find repeat, shared or automated sign-ups, we may end the trial or the accounts.

Paid plans open during early access. They are sold as subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual prices shown per month are monthly equivalents; the full annual total is charged at purchase and renewal. Included usage resets on the schedule shown on the pricing page, including on annual plans. Optional top-ups would be separate one-time purchases, with no automatic overage charges. Final allowances, metering rules, taxes, renewal terms and any top-up expiry will be shown before purchase. Checkout is through Stripe. The seller, applicable taxes and payment terms will be identified at checkout before you pay.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will show the amount and the renewal date before you pay, and we will send a receipt. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices shown today are founding prices. If you subscribe at a founding price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active and in good standing. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price in effect at that time applies. If we change a price or an allowance, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. A change never applies partway through a billing period; it applies from the start of your next billing period after the notice, and you can cancel before it applies.

Refunds and cancellation

Upgrades take effect now and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error.

Early-access members get 30% off monthly plans for as long as they stay subscribed. The offer does not apply to annual plans and ends on October 22, 2026.

Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights depend on your location and the product purchased. Simply using this website does not waive those rights. Any consent needed for immediate supply will be requested at checkout. Applicable purchase and refund terms will be shown before payment. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Your content, and the output

You keep whatever rights you already had in what you send us. We do not claim ownership of your prompts, your files, or the workspace you build in Wynfall AI.

We do not claim ownership of what the models produce for you either. You are responsible for how you use it, and for checking it before you rely on it or publish it. Because model output can resemble material that already exists, we cannot promise that a given output is unique or that it does not overlap with somebody else's rights. That is true of every system of this kind, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to process what you send so the model can answer, and to keep the records needed to operate and secure the service. In the web app, your chats are kept in your browser, not on our servers. We do not train on prompts or outputs unless you opt in on that example.

When you use Wynfall AI

Use of chat, the API and Code is also covered by these terms unless a more specific product term is published. Output from a model can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it. Do not use Wynfall AI for medical, legal, or other professional advice, or for any activity that is illegal where you are.

You keep rights in the prompts you submit, to the extent you had them. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. Wynfall does not train on your prompts or outputs unless you opt in on that example. We may process prompts to run and secure the service. What you send in a chat is used to produce that answer. It is not training data.

Applications and submissions

If you email us about work, a partnership, or anything else, you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not send confidential material, and do not send ideas you expect us to keep secret or pay for. We may already be working on something similar. A message is not an offer of work, and receiving one does not create an employment, contractor, or agency relationship.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this site or the systems behind it. Do not scrape or reuse this site in a way that misrepresents its source. When Wynfall AI is available, do not use it to attack systems, to generate malware, to violate another person's rights, to attempt to discover another user's data, or to evade safety limits. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use this site. If you are under 18, you may only use a paid plan with a parent or guardian involved, and they must agree to these terms and take responsibility for the account and for any charges.

Ending your access

You can stop using Wynfall AI at any time, and you can close your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering a product. Except where the problem is serious or the law says otherwise, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to take your work with you.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on this site or in a Wynfall product infringes your copyright, write to hello@wynfall.dev with the subject line "Copyright". Tell us what the material is, where it is, why you believe it infringes, how to reach you, and confirm that what you have told us is accurate. We will review it and remove material that should not be here. We may also end the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.

Export and sanctions

You may not use this site or Wynfall AI if the laws of the United States bar you from doing so, or if you are in a country or region subject to a United States embargo. You confirm that you are not on a United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Intellectual property

The Wynfall name, the Wynfall mark, this site's design, the Wynfall AI model names (Ken, Sigel, and Nova), and this site's content belong to Wynfall Studios, LLC unless stated otherwise. Other names and marks on this site belong to their owners. NVIDIA, the NVIDIA logo, and Inception are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. Wynfall Studios, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NVIDIA, Mojang, or Microsoft, except for the NVIDIA Inception membership described above.

No warranty

This site and, when available, Wynfall AI are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site or the models will be uninterrupted, error free, accurate, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wynfall Studios, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or of Wynfall AI. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the version that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site or to Wynfall AI belongs in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, except where mandatory law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing here excludes protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

The short version: this site runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If you ask to be notified about Nova, we store your email address, the use you pick (if any), which form you used, and the time you joined, in a Cloudflare D1 database in our Cloudflare account. We do not store your IP address with it. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and connection for signs of automated abuse before the signup is accepted. Otherwise we receive what you choose to email us, plus ordinary hosting logs. We use this information to operate and secure the site and to answer you.

What you send us

The notify form sends only your email address. We use it to write to you when Nova is ready to try and for nothing else. Ask us at hello@wynfall.dev and we will remove it. If you email hello@wynfall.dev, the message may include your name, email address, links you choose to share, and whatever you write. Email contains whatever you put in it. Do not send secrets, passwords, or other people's personal information.

Your account

To sign you in we keep your email address and the passkeys or sign-in codes you use, with your plan and the records of your use (the model, tokens, status and time of each request) that we need to bill, limit and secure the service. We keep them while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Write to hello@wynfall.dev to have them deleted.

What the server records

Cloudflare hosts this website and helps block abuse. Like any site, it keeps ordinary technical logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. Cloudflare may set its own essential security cookies. This website sets no application cookies. Sign-in happens on chat.wynfall.dev, which sets its own session cookie. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Preferences on your device

The site uses browser local storage to remember your theme, motion preference and dismissed announcement. These settings stay on your device and can be removed by clearing this site's browser data. We do not use them for advertising. Self-hosted fonts do not require a request to an external font service.

When you use Wynfall AI

If you use chat, the API, or Code,we process the prompts and files you submit, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service. In the web app, your chats are kept in your browser, encrypted with a key that never leaves it. They are not stored on our servers and do not follow you to other devices yet. To answer, the models read each message on our servers. Access logs record metadata such as key, model, tokens, status, and latency. We do not train on prompts or outputs unless you opt in on that example, through a separate, explicit choice to contribute that example for training. Sending a support request alone is not training consent. Training datasets are built internally from research, benchmarks, and that opted-in feedback.

Where it goes

Email is read by the people at Wynfall who handle enquiries. Hosting logs are processed by Cloudflare in the ordinary course of serving the site. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company except where the law requires it or where a processor is needed to host or deliver the service.

Who processes it for us

We keep this list short because we keep the stack short. Cloudflare serves this website and keeps the security logs described above. Stripe is our payment provider for checkout, payments and subscription billing. Our email is handled by a mail provider. Providers' roles and purposes depend on the service: a payment provider may independently process information for fraud prevention, legal obligations and transaction records. This website itself takes no payments. See Stripe's privacy policy for its handling of personal information.

Wynfall is based in the United States. Hosting, identity, and communications providers may process information in other countries. Contact us if you need details about a provider or how your information is handled.

Why we hold it

To read and reply to your message, to keep a record of who we have spoken to about work or the product, to operate and secure the site, and, when Wynfall AI is available, to provide the service. We do not train on prompts or outputs unless you opt in on that example. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are considering them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we need to keep a record for a legal obligation, security investigation or dispute. Hosting-log retention depends on the provider and enabled services. Contact us for information about a particular record; we do not promise an unverified fixed deletion period.

Your rights

Wherever you live, write to hello@wynfall.dev and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also object to a use, or ask us to restrict one. We will answer within 30 days, and usually sooner.

If you live in California, you can ask us for the categories of personal information we have collected, where it came from, and why we hold it, and you can ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing here for you to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the bases we rely on are: performing our contract with you when you are a customer, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation where we must keep a record. You can complain to your local data protection authority at any time.

Security

The surface is small on purpose. Traffic is served over HTTPS, access to systems is limited to the people who need it, and we do not keep personal information longer than we need it. No system is perfect, and no honest company will tell you otherwise. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will tell you and the authorities that the law requires, without waiting to be asked.

Children

This site is aimed at adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.

We may update this notice. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
