Privacy, in plain words.

Nothing you give it trains a model, on any plan, Free included, unless you send it to us as feedback. It is a rule written into our Terms, not a setting you have to find.

Chats in the web app are kept in your browser, encrypted with a key that never leaves it. They are not on Wynfall’s servers, and they do not follow you to other devices yet. Signing out clears them from that browser.

To answer, Sigel reads each message on our servers. You can download a backup of your chats from Settings.

Your account: your email address and the passkeys or sign-in codes you use to sign in, your plan, and a record of each request (which model, how many tokens, whether it worked and when). We use these to run, bill, limit and secure the service. The usage record is not a copy of what you wrote.

If you request early access or apply to be an ambassador: what you type in that form, so we can answer you. Ambassador applications are used only to decide about the program and to write to you about it.

This website: this site has no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare hosts it and keeps ordinary security logs. It remembers your theme, motion and dismissed announcement on your own device.

Delete the chats in your browser from Settings, or download them first. To delete your account and the records we hold, or to ask what we hold and for a copy, write to hello@wynfall.dev. We answer within 30 days, and usually sooner.

We keep account records while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not promise a fixed deletion period we cannot verify.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Cloudflare serves this website. Stripe handles payment and billing. A mail provider sends our email.
